About Coach Keric

Mirsad played football for Germania Frankfurt and knew even then that this sport would be the most important part of his life. At the age of 18, he signed his first professional contract as a player for the traditional Croatian club NK Osijek.

After more than 100 games, he moved to Rot-Weiß Oberhausen and was promoted to the second Bundesliga in his first season. After a serious injury, he had to end his career as a professional footballer.

He then completed a coaching education and passed the FIFA football management exam. He then became one of the first 10 FIFA licensed player advisors in Croatia. Soon after, he completed his first international football transfer.

The top player Nenad Bjelica moved from NK Osijek to the then Bundesliga club FC Kaiserslautern. Today, Mirsad can look back on more than 44 completed transfers and is one of the most respected player advisors in all of Europe.

He is the first to start a player advisor seminar in order to help so many people who share the same goal in life - to leave something behind that you can look back on with pride.

  • Spielerberater verdienen hauptsächlich an Spielertransfers und durch beratende Tätigkeiten für den Spieler. Nach der Vermittler-Vergütungsordnung darf die Provision eines Spielervermittlers bis zu 14 % betragen, üblich sind zwischen 8 und 12 %. Sondervereinbarungen sind auch möglich. Für die beratende Tätigkeit gibt es kein Limit, dies unterliegt der Eigeneinschätzung.

    Als Spielerberater oder Talent-Scout sind nach oben keine Grenzen gesetzt. Je besser den Verein in den du den Spieler vermittelst, desto höher die Provision. Einige Teilnehmer in unserem Coaching haben mit einem Transfer bereits über 30.000 € verdient!
  • Ein Spielerberater bietet eine Vielzahl weiterer Leistungen an, wie etwa die Vertretung der Klienten bei Vertragsverhandlungen, Steuerberatung, Rechtsberatung, Karriereplanung, Marketing und Altersvorsorge.
     
    Der Spielerberater übernimmt für den Sportler und für den Club die rechtlichen und wirtschaftlichen Geschäfte, wie u.a. Akquise der Sponsoren und der Ausrüster oder auch die Organisation von PR-Maßnahmen, Vermögensverwaltung, langfristige Karriereplanung und das Erkennen von rechtlichen Konflikten (z. B. bei einem Wechsel ins Ausland).
